• Organizational Changes - developing operational methodologies that fit the customer vision and current environments. These projects covered the whole organization, ensuring compatibilities between all functions.
• ISO-9000 - adaptation of the organization operation to the ISO-9000 standard. In some cases involving changes in processes and in some having minimal and minor changes.
